About Person Centered Counseling
Agency staff have been trained in Person Centered Counseling which provides resources to people who have long term care needs. Staff empowers the seniors with long-term care needs to find resolution to those needs by providing resources and/or assisting with contacts to meet their needs.
Agency staff provides follow-up activities to ensure the older adult’s needs were met.
